In partnership with SALA Architects we totally transformed the first floor of this stately Tangletown Tudor in Minneapolis. A bar area and much needed powder bath replaced the old kitchen, while the kitchen and sunporch addition have a strong visual connection to the new outdoor patio. The new mudroom provides critical storage space, while new cabinetry, wall finishes, and a fireplace surround complete the package.
